Terms
Delivery status confirms the phone completed the send flow. It is not a read receipt.
Messaging rules
Only message people who agreed to hear from you. No spam, fraud or unlawful content. Follow WhatsApp's terms.
Numbers and ownership
Approving an ownership request on a phone confirms you control that number. The previous account loses access to the number and its history.
The service
Chatlane queues messages that your own Android phone sends through WhatsApp. You are responsible for the phone, the number and the WhatsApp account.
Payments and refunds
Pro is sold per number for a fixed period and stays with the number. Contact support about refunds.
