Do I need the official WhatsApp Business API?
No. Wachap links your normal WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business number like WhatsApp Web, through the Windows app on your PC.
Must the PC stay on 24/7?
For instant auto replies & blasts, yes. If the PC is off, outgoing messages wait on the server and go out as soon as the app reconnects.
How many staff can use it?
Free plan: 3 members & 1 number. Wachap Pro or fred.my Unlimited: unlimited numbers & members.
Are blasts safe?
