Vote-transfer matrix model: each flow moves r% of the source bloc's actual stock in every seat (computed from vote share × that seat's turnout). All flows are applied simultaneously from the baseline; the electorate total is conserved. The NON-VOTER bloc = 100% minus the seat's turnout. Winner = highest stock after flows. A war-room research & learning tool — not a forecast.
