In My numbers, pick the number and how many days of Pro you want.
Pay online
Pro switches on automatically once the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.
Pricing questions
Does Pro renew automatically?
No. Every payment is one-off. We do not keep your card or charge you again. Buy more days whenever you need them.
What happens when Pro ends?
The number goes back to Free. Your contacts, campaigns and reports stay. Birthday wishes, the API and the custom server pause until you add more days. If the account then has more than 1 Free number, the newest Free numbers pause sending until you renew or remove a number.
Can I add days before Pro ends?
Yes. New days are added on top of the time you have left, so nothing is wasted.
Which currency will I pay in?
It follows the country in your profile: Malaysia pays in MYR, other countries pay in USD.
I have several numbers. Do I pay for each one?
Your Free plan includes 1 Free number. Every extra number needs Pro, and Pro numbers do not count towards the Free limit.
Can I get a refund?
Contact support from the Help page with your order number and we will look at your case.
