Close or delete my account

1. Export anything you need first (e.g. BizHub reports or the auditor pack, Chatlane contacts).
2. Send a support ticket from your account with the subject Delete my account.
3. We confirm by email and delete your account and the data linked to it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (e.g. payment receipts).
