Send a support ticket

1. Sign in, then open the Help center.
2. Scroll to Still need help?, choose the app, write a short subject and describe the problem (what you did, what you expected, any error message).
3. Tap Send ticket. You get a ticket number and we reply by email.
4. See all replies under My tickets.
