Getting started with fred.my (new users)

Welcome! One free fred.my account opens every app: BizHub, Chatlane, Fredo and more. Follow these steps once and you are ready.

1. Create your account at Register — use your email or tap Continue with Google.
2. Verify your email by opening the link we send you (check Spam/Promotions if you do not see it).
3. Complete your profile in Edit profile: name, country, time zone and language (English or Bahasa Malaysia).
4. Add a profile photo so your teammates recognise you.
5. Open an app from the Apps menu at the top. You are signed in to every app automatically.
6. Stuck? Tap the chat button at the bottom right and ask in your own words, e.g. "how do I add an invoice?".

Which app should I start with?

• BizHub — run your Sdn Bhd: invoices, expenses, bank, reports, letters and SSM/LHDN deadlines.
• Chatlane — turn an Android phone into a 24/7 WhatsApp gateway with an API, campaigns and birthday wishes.
• Fredo — control smart IoT button devices from anywhere, with schedules and groups.
• arkibPRU — Malaysian election results since 1955 (no sign-in needed).
• QR Generator, Sticker Studio and Invitations — free tools, no sign-in needed.

Free or Unlimited?

Every app has a free plan. fred.my Unlimited unlocks the Pro version of every app with one monthly payment — not an automatic subscription.
