BizHub: set up your company in 5 minutes

1. Open BizHub and tap Start free (sign in with your fred.my account).
2. Create your company: name, entity type (Sdn Bhd / PLT …), SSM number and financial year end (FYE). The chart of accounts and SSM/LHDN deadlines are created automatically.
3. Open Company › Company profile: registered address, tax numbers (TIN, employer E number, EPF, SOCSO), bank details and logo — they appear on invoices and letters.
4. Add your directors in Company › Directors & officers and owners in Shareholders.
5. Record the opening money: Finance › Bank & cash › Record transaction › Money in (e.g. share capital or director's injection).
6. Issue your first invoice: Sales › Invoices & quotes › New invoice.

Enter your closing balances as an opening balance journal in Finance › General journal (Pro), dated the first day you start using BizHub.
